Financial Aid!
Every year the HHCF works with corporations and other community leaders to raise funds and provide
financial aid to students who wish to participate in this event. In the past financial aid has been used by
schools across the US to cover travel expenses so that their students may attend this event. Last year
more than a dozen schools brought out over 200 students to participate in the education panel, chess
tournament and other activities offered at the HHCF Kings Invitational. This year the HHCF has a waitlist
of schools hoping to receive financial aid so they may bring their students to the event. Schools
currently wait listed are located in California, Texas, New York and Michigan. If your company or you can
provide financial services, please contact us at gaborki (@) shinkenpublicrelations . com.
If you are in need of financial aid, please follow directions listed below. As stated above there is
currently a wait list and the HHCF is working everyday to secure funds for all parties in need. Once we
have received your request for aid, we will review our resources for your area and contact you with a
status of your request. We encourage everyone seeking financial aid to also contact local businesses
for donations, they are often happy to help students working to enhance their knowledge while
participating in a positive event.
