The Hip-Hop Chess Federation (HHCF) is the only organization that uses chess, music and martial arts to
successfully promote unity, strategy and non-violence. The HHCF uses the same star power that large
corporations use to sell billions of products to today’s youth. But, instead of using the revenue for personal
gain, the HHCF uses 88% or more of every dollar received towards programs, events and scholarships. In its
first two years, the HHCF used less than 1% of all revenue towards administrative cost.

We offer a variety of programs including the highly sought after In-School/After-School Program. This unique
program incorporates chess instruction, educational tutors, life strategy education as well as a strong mentor
program.

The HHCF program allows students to learn chess, improve grades and learn the importance of life strategies.
This program is often funded by private donors, corporate sponsors or school district funding, which allows the
children to participate free of charge. Offering a free program to the students is key for the HHCF as we often
target schools in socio-economically disadvantage communities.

The HHCF works with each student to ensure that they are excelling in chess as well as in school. We
understand the importance of making education appealing to today’s youth and strive to find a balance
between education and fun. All school programs will enjoy all the benefits listed above as well as surprise
celebrity visits.
