Please select all the tasks that you are able to help with. We will place you where we believe you can have
the highest impact. THANK YOU!
____ Be a celebrity player life line (rated chess players only ages 7 to 25 - be the personal life line for a celebrity player)
____ Set up Friday (10/12) anytime between 4pm to 9pm
____ Morning set up Saturday (10/13) arrive 7am
____ Arrive to help direct guest to tournament & event area arrive by 9am
____ Help in play area -- keep pencil/reporting sheets and boards ready and available for each round 9am shift or 12pm shift
____ Tournament assistant -- you must know chess for this position shifts 9am or 12pm
_____ Computer aides -- run score sheets and general help to computer director shifts are 9am or 12pm
_____ Distribute T-Shirts -- distribute T-shirts to parties who have pre-ordered - shifts options are 9am or 11am
_____ Sell T-Shirts -- sell t-shirts to general public
____ Clean up - break down chess boards, general event clean up shifts start at 3pm and run until aprx. 6:30pm
____ Tournament Directors -- I am a authorized tournament director and would like to participate in the
event. There is a small stipend for TD's. Please send email and the tournament supervisor will contact you
directly if they are able to use your services
